Diyana joined IIB in April 2023 as the Head of Sustainability & ESG. She possesses over 15 years of experience in sustainability, urban design and project management in built environments. Prior to joining IIB, she was the Senior Project Manager (Sustainability Lead) at CBRE, where she refined her skills in and is committed to providing long-term sustainable business models and resource solutions.
As Head of Sustainability & ESG at IIB, Diyana is primarily responsible for developing and implementing group sustainability & ESG strategies, as well as to coordinate and align resource solutions to help achieve our mission and vision.
Diyana is a member of International Project Management Association (IPMA) and has experience working with skyscrapers such as Merdeka 118 and TRX. She earned her Masters of Science (MSc) in Integrated Construction Project Management and her Bachelors Degree in Interior Architecture from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM).
