Mohd Azarull Ahadi is the Chief Financial Officer of Iskandar Investment Berhad (IIB) and its group of companies. He assumed the role effective 1 January 2026, following his tenure as Executive Vice President, Finance and Support Services.
Having joined IIB in January 2011 as Assistant Vice President, Risk Management, Azarull has since held several senior leadership positions within the Group. In his current capacity, he oversees Group Finance and is also responsible for Group Procurement, Group Legal Services, and the Group Admin and ICT Department, playing a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial governance and operational effectiveness.
Azarull began his professional career at Johor Port Berhad and later with Padiberas Nasional Berhad and its group of companies, where he accumulated extensive experience in financial management, corporate finance, business development, as well as port and logistics services.
He holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional and is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). He is also a member of CPA Australia.
In addition to his executive responsibilities, Azarull currently serves as a Board Member of Nusajaya Lifestyle Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Iskandar Harta Holdings Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Iskandar Investment Berhad and UEM Sunrise Berhad.
