Encik Hussein bin Md Nor was appointed as an Alternate Director to Encik Zainal Abidin on 1 January 2025. He has joined Kumpulan Prasarana Rakyat Johor (KPRJ) since 2013 and currently serves as the Head of the Property Division. In this role, he plays a key part in overseeing various property development projects, ensuring timely completion within budget, and managing the company’s property portfolio, including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of assets.
Encik Hussein also made significant contributions as an Alternate Member of the Working Committee for Southkey City Development and an Alternate Member of the Tender Approval Committee for Iskandar Waterfront Holdings.
Encik Hussein holds a Bachelor’s (Hons.) degree in Quantity Surveying from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), graduating in 1993.
